5 Star Business Solutions, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is a Business service-based Company offering current and past business Solutions, as a Business Consulting and Marketing expert with over 20 Years of experience in Customer Service in the B2B market segment. Owner Frank Campbell, a native of NW Pennsylvania, Conneaut Lake, moved to Pittsburgh as a way to get his experience and a base of loyal business with whom he has been working, some for almost 12 to 15 years, and several for almost 17 years. Frank brings experience not just “Selling”, he brings that homey and family style relationship to the table, and is always about Honesty and Integrity. Frank started this newer venture with the hope of reconnecting with his pre-COVID customers. In 2020, he was admitted to a local hospital, fighting for his life. He has since pulled through.
Many customers had kept in touch with him, always asking about updates or where he could suggest they get this or that. That’s how this business was created. Frank recognized that there was a need for someone who had the resources and talent to bring everything together like a recipe.
